Yes, it means ALWAYS HOT. Exactly what it says.

No, it only means that the relay *should* have power available to switch to the load (lights). The relay still has to be turned on and to be free of faults in the circuit.

I'm not "talking down" to you, I'm explaining what I said previously since it didn't appear to have registered the first time.

You will appreciate the help more when the problem has been identified and resolved. You might be a bit frustrated right now, but stick to it.

Sorry if it seamed like I was hijacking. That's not what I was trying to do. I have the same problem and was just giving you what I had done. I know this is super frustrating. Just trying to help
