Signal column not working
Signals
Running lights
Headlights
Front and rear wipers
Wiper fluid pump
Stereo
More I haven’t noticed yet I’m sure
Hazards work and stereo has a blinking red light so I suspect it’s the ACC that’s not working on that. I’ve also lost power to a large wire on the ignition column that I was using for a makeshift DRL.
Plugged in my SCT X4 and got the following error codes:
P0743 torque converter clutch circuit electrical
P0750 no description available
P0755 shift solenoid B
P1747 pressure control solenoid A short circuit
P1754 coast clutch solenoid circuit
P1760 no description available
All but P1747 and P1760 remained after clearing the codes.
No other fuses are bad.
The line with the probe in (Red w/Blk Stripe) is usually 12+v. Right now it’s sitting at 2.54v. The yellow wire is as well (There are two), which I believe is supposed to be “battery”.
Update:
Ignition wire harness voltage at idle
2.83v Both yellow wires
2.83v Red with black stripe marked L
14.03v Red with black stripe marked R
2.81v Black with green stripe
14.02v Gray with yellow stripe
14.02v both green with purple stripe
I'll begin testing Relays now.

The green and white wires are the running and turn signal leads that I installed with the ‘08 mirrors I recently installed.Looks like they got pinched repeatedly when opening and closing the driver door. Still not getting stereo, wipers, signals and now interior lights. 12v leads are still at 2.8v. What would cause a voltage drop like that?
Ive looked for a diagram on the ignition harnes, but can’t find one.
All of the transmission codes are likely due to a fuse F19 underhood box circuit fault.
Staring at a fuse to divine whether it's actually working isn't enough, you have to put the voltmeter on the test points of the fuse to see if it's actually passing power.
There are likely more faults that were touched upon in the initial post, but clean up these issues first and then re-evaluate. I did not dig into the other mentions but they may well be caused by the dead F101 circuit.

The problem arose after I opened my driver door and pinched two wires together. I added that I jumped my rig (correctly) because it was nearly the same time. It is, however, irrelevant.
I had recently installed ‘08 mirrors and added the running and signal wires. As shown in the previous picture those got pinched when I opened my door. This backfed to the 12v ACC because I had done a duct tape job of jimmy rigging DRL. The headlights and running lights were tied into the 12v ACC in the ignition wiring harness.
I have multi-metered everything in both fuse boxes and the ignition wiring harness and fuse 101 in the engine compartment fuse box. That’s where I got the previously posted voltage readings.
The only fuses that blew were headlight and running lights.
I will continue to troubleshoot, but have a very busy life. For now headlights, running lights, interior lights and hazards run normally. Turn signals only work if the A/C is off. No reverse lamps.
