2016 F-250 sync issues
My 2016 f250 xlt is having sync issues. It is the basic radio with sync. When I answer a call no audio is played and no ringer. I have tried resetting sync and the radio as well as my phone and have used other phones and the same issue occurs. I have pulled the fuses for 30min nothing then the battery terminals for 30min nothing. When I press the talk/command button on the steering wheel it shows on the radio but no prompt and doesn’t receive the command. Please help!!

Have you downloaded the updates? Mine would forget the IPod (said none was attached) until i updated it. Now it wont ring thru the radio with out deleting and repairing but it does answer.

You have to go to the my ford site and enter your info (vin , name etc) then you can check for and download the update if available to a thumb drive.
While you are there print the instructions. Or you can take it to a dealer and pay the "diagnostic" fee BS
