I’m trying to figure out my radio. It is 2018 F-150 XLT with navigation.
My problem is every time I use the usb to charge my phone it takes over the radio. Is there any way to charge my phone and still use the radio .

It's looking for phone functions when tied to the USB. There is a button on the screen ( scroll to the right) and it will take you to the Ford screen, where you can select your media source. Not sure what the button is labeled, but there aren't many. Ford "something"?????

Hit the source button on your screen and then pick which ever source you`d like to use. That should eliminate your problem.
