Fuel problems?

I have a 1987 e-350 motor home with the 460 carb motor. It started running real rough a couple weeks ago, so I replaced the 3 fuel filters and the electric fuel pump located on the frame. Didn't change a bit. Replaced the carb and no changes. Did a full tune up on it and still no change. Is there a fuel pump in the tank? Mine does not have a mechanical pump on the motor.

Have you put a fuel psi gage in the line at the carb to see what psi it has ?
