SYNC 3 APIM Issues

I had my batteries fail at around 37k, but prior to this had my APIM replaced do to the black screen and non responsive touch screen.
Now what I've noticed since the battery change out is that my Sync 3.4 won't keep my settings in reference to the Navigation settings; Breadcrumb, POI's, & connecting to my WiFi Hotspot.
PITA.....
I've been in Forscan and can't seem to eleviate this issue. Spoke a little with ZooDad and he asked if the Dealership had the As-Built sheet for the new replaced APIM. I'm trying to avoid Ford, but I may have to during my next oil change?
I'm wondering if I'm off on a setting somewhere? I've combed through my 2021F250 AS-BUILT and have set it back to factory settings....still doesnt seem to hold memory for my personal preset preferences.
Here I was so fixated on my Android Auto working properly, and got that to work so now I'm focused on Sync 3.4.
Its fully updated.

Called Ford 1-800.......spoke with a representative and was told that Ford knows about these issues. Evidently their are Many Many other OP's with the same problems with the latest Sync 3.4 update.
Told it could be a month or so?

I'm getting tons of weird symptoms from black screens to the back up camera remaining on on my 2019 Lariat. Had a Ford battery die after 11 months this week. Hoped that replacement would fix the issue. Oh, and I can't master reset and it doesn't remember settings like back up camera delay, wifi connections, etc. Tried to upgrade to the latest version of Sync 3.4. SW won't even load. I get an error inst_error 12. Going into the dealer tomorrow for a new APIM.
