Are these relays the ones numbered 38-40some that are listed in the manual but not in the main power distribution box? I believe that two control ESOF. Also, is Ford the best place to get new relays? My horn and courtesy lamps never have worked then I found out those two relays are missing.
you can go to local parts house and get relays. Most of the relays are same or similar to the Bosch 30amp 5 pin relays even if only 4 pins are used.
Not all replay sockets will have relays. You need to check the relay location to see what it controls and determine is a relay is needed or not. You can swap one of the relays into the sockets to see if the lights and horn work. I suspect you are going to find one of the fuses inside the cab blown not a relay or fuse under the hood.

You can download the user manual here if you do not have one handy
I have the owners manual and the diagram doesn't show the last relays it lists by the power distribution box. It's a 2000 f250, 7.3. and the relays are completely missing where the manual says they are supposed to be.
