I have a no spark issue, no fuel prime and no check engine light with KOEO which leads me to believe its an EEC issue.
Where is the damn EEC relay? I did a search here and didn't find a clear answer. In the power control box (fuse box) under the hood all the relays are black, I understood the EEC relay to be brown?
I tried that one, it appears to be good, I switched the horn relay with the ECM relay and the horn worked.
Whats the next step with the symptoms im having? pull and inspect the PCM?
Does the PCM Power relay click when the key is turned on?
If so ground pin #6 or jump it to pin 2 of the EEC test plug and see if the fuel pumps run when you turn on the key.
If they do make sure the PCM has a good ground (pins 40 & 60) at the ground point on the passenger fender and also has power to pins 37 & 57.
If you have power and grounds and the fuel pumps run when you turn on the key with pin #6 grounded or jumped to pin 2 of the EEC test plug then change out the PCM Computer.

Yes, the ECM relay clicks when the key is turned to the on position. The fuel pump does come on when grounded in the test connector. Im not too sure where the ECM grounds are on the passenger fender?
Thanks for the help! Vehicle electronics are very aggravating and not my strong suit
Sorry to bring up such an old thread, but I'm banging my head against a wall, and this picture says it's not available. What did you end up determining to be the cause? Tyia!
