Without casting aspersions on anyone, I would recommend calling Mac's on the phone and talk to a genuine hooman and verify that the parts are not back ordered. Like I say everybody seems to source the repros from the same vendor (whoever that is) so there's no advantage to ordering by price alone, at least if they don't actually have any to ship.
Here is the original part number, I'll betcha one of the sources will be cheaper than the above, Green and etc.
C1TZ-9275-K =
NOS PARTS SOURCE has 1.
CARPENTER NOS OBSOLETE PARTS in Concord NC has 3,575 (!) = 800-476-9653.
Carpenter "made a deal" with FoMoCo, can buy parts from them they've obsoleted. I wonder how many Carpenter bought originally?
I also wonder if Mac's is buying these from Carpenter? Why reproduce something, when there's a huge truck load of NOS available.
So C1TZ-9275-K was superceded by D7TZ-9275-G? meaning they are the very same part? If so, I wish I knew that yesterday I would of just had Carpenter send me out a replacement.
I am guessing by the white plastic housing on these sending units (per the photo on DC's website) they are the very same repops all the other vendors are selling? The OEM sending unit had a metal housing.

I told you this in post #2 and have said the very same thing countless times over the past 11 years. You aren't the first person to ask about in-cab tank fuel sending units.
Type D7TZ-9275-G in the search box and see how many posts come up with this same info.
When I originally typed the info, the puppy was still available from Ford, MSRP: $87.98

I know you did and I appreciate your help. I am not familiar with Fords part numbering system and didn't realize they were the very same part, just different numbers.
FLATBEDFORDGUY,
I recently removed my 1977 F-150 In-Cab gas tank, nothing was wrong with it. I just didn't like the float making noise and wanted to little bit of secure storage space behind th. If you need an OEM sender unit for the 19 gallon in-cab tank, send me a PM and perhaps we can reach a mutual agreement.
Don
EQCMCAT, I appreciate your generous offer but I already ordered the correct sending unit from Dennis Carpenter this morning. It's a repop like all the others, I would of preferred an OEM unit but I got this one already headed my way. Thanks again.
On a side note I know you already resolved your noise issue but your OEM float should of been equipped with a rubber boot to prevent it from making noise when it hits the tank. I saved my rubber boot from the OEM unit and will put it on the repop to prevent such an issue.
