Which locking gas cap won't throw a code

I see no reason for a locking gas cap to throw a code....
the lock has nothing to do with the seal or the pressure vent..
but get a good one.. try Ford.
but CHEAP.. has poor seals an almost sealing pressure vents..

I had a stant locking gas cap that I put on after noticing my gas level drasticly going down. About a month ago I started getting the gas cap loose error and some P codes. I put on my original cap and the codes still came on. Well after some research I found out it was the purge valve, it was stuck open. Everything's back to normal and I think my heavy foot contributed to the gas level going down.
