Cracked door panel plastic for window scraper

Cracked door panel plastic for window scraper
My door panel plastic is cracked where the window scraper pieces go to hold them to the panel and a piece on the window scraper is broke. Since it's broke the window scraper keeps coming off. What would be the best way to get the window scraper to be attached to the panel again and what should I use to fix the cracked plastic. Thanks

I used some tiny 1/4 inch or so, sheet metal screws to attach my aftermarket replacements (clips won't clip) & pre drilled everything.
Most of my cracked plastic is held together with 2-part epoxy.
Lot of it backed with perforated metal.
