Well I thank you all especially Mark (bismic) for your help with this but I have tested all I can and still haven't got it running I'm headed out of the country for a few weeks and need it running when I get back. She will be in the good hands of a Ford diesel mechanic who has built many 6.0 drag race motors. I will keep you posted on what he finds. This forum has many very friendly and knowledgeable people in it and I thank you all!
Sorry we haven't been able to nail it down. I think it will end up being injectors, but the CMP test results aren't right either. One or the other (or both) is probably the answer. Maybe the last step of troubleshooting would be buy one injector and plug it in to see if it would buzz. If it did, you could most likely assume it was all 8. Hopefully the work that has been done can help point the diesel mechanic in the right direction. Since this has been such a difficult troubleshoot, please keep us updated with what you ultimately find.

Just an update, dropped her off at a Ford diesel mechanic's. He went through everything and even changed out pcm and FICM with no luck changed out both wire harnesses nothing! He started unplugging injectors and plugging in a test set they started buzzing and all 8 buzz plug my injectors back in and nothing some how all 8 died! So just got a set of injectors form Warren injectors Going to get them in this week!
Thank you for posting the solution. I hope the shop didn't charge for the PCM, FICM, and harnesses!
It's at his house he side jobs on his free time and has a conex full of parts, and that was just a swap in and out trying to eliminate one thing at a time due to us not wanting to believe that all 8 injectors went at the same time.
