6.7 will not start

6.7 will not start
when engine is cool truck starts with no problem, after driving about 30 min and turning truck off it will not start, if turn the key forward the P indicator light starts blinking, takes about an hour to let truck cool down then will start with no problem. Truck runs great, no warning indicator lights come on just will not start after engine warms up.

what year is it? If you still have warranty, take it in to dealer. If not, I'd borrow a code reader from a friend, and go home(or somewhere you dont mind being stranded for an hour), and scan for codes. There could be a stored code as well, that you dont have to shutdown for. then go from there.

2013, not under warranty, have taken to ford dealership 2x and they have "fixed it" only to have the same issue. Paid 7000 2 yrs ago to have the whole fuel system replaced! husband bought the truck used from a ford dealership and within 30 days started having problems with the truck dying while driving it, wasn't covered under warranty "due to rust in the lines"
now this issue and can't seem to figure out what the problem is, really disappointing to say the least

Agreed! Frustrating for sure. I guess back to Ford, since they say they have "fixed it", and still occurring. Assuming the same symptoms, it should be on them to make it right, I would think.
