I have a 2017 Ford F150 with a 302. It just began to randomly not start. It will spin with plenty of power, but will not start. I leave it sit for about 10 minutes and it fires up. If I shut it off and try it again, it does the same thing. Any advice? It has 20K miles on it. I was thinking about taking it to the dealer, but I need to get it to start first. Some times it works, other times it doesn't. I'm hoping it's covered under warranty.

 

If it's under warranty have them come and get it

 

Based on the year and the mileage you posted, you`re still under the factory 3/36 warranty so take it in and let your dealer figure it out. Hopefully your dealer will give you a loaner at no charge while they have it but remember, not all dealers will do this so be prepared to pay for a rental.

 

Its covered under warranty, take it in. The warranty will also tow it in just call the roadside assistance number.
