Can you not kick me in the ***** and say I have ugly children? I have absolutely no way of checking my build, the customer service from Ford just says the order is in processing and to contact my dealer for more info......

 

Not my intent, only giving you the benefit of my experience so you can start a conversation with your dealer to not lose out on the PCO.

 

Well, my sticker finally showed up on the website. Not sure when as I did not check in the last 3 or 4 days but, she is there now! Has a date of 5-25-18 in the line below "special order", wonder if that is when the sticker was issued or something more concerning the actual build.

The base price, diesel price, and delivery charge have all went up since I ordered.

According to this post https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post17467325 that is the build date, so mine seems to have been built on the original schedule that I was given before the fire.

 

Yeah, no. That is the date your sticker was issued, not the build date. Mine says 05 04 18. Trust me, mine is not built yet.

 

 

Got my window sticker on 5-21 was scheduled to be built on the 5-28 but just got an email saying the truck was shipped out via convoy on 5-25 and to expect it in 14 days.

 

^^^^^^^ Total sweetness, mine is about 4-5 days behind yours. It sounds like they have the lines running at 100% capacity. I'm sure they are putting the retail order in priority, it may come down to option availability now, when a certain order gets built.

 

 

just received my vin and build date of 7/16/18 for my 2019 F250 ordered on March 26, 2018

 

 

How did you get your VIN, from the dealer? I ordered my 2019 on March 23rd and have heard nothing, and COTUS shows me nothing for it either...

 

the dealer sent it to me via email. One thing he did was he ordered as Dealer stock unit so maybe that is why he received the VIN so early.

 

kdin1 can you send me or post the vin number I would like to compare to my order for scheduling . nothing on mine yet ?

 

It looks like dealer stock is definitely taking priority, then options may come into play. (inflatable rear seat belt option delay?) I'll be checking back with may salesman tomorrow...
