Been here since 2010 and mostly hang out over in the 40 to 52 F1 section and the full size Bronco area. Just bought a 2010 Ranger, 2.3 Liter, 66,000, auto. Already in line at the Ford dealer to get the passenger air bag repaired under recall. Will be looking around for any other things to watch for, and any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the Ranger & B Series forum.
Nice looking ride.
What engine/tranny combo does it have?
Follow the Owner Manual scheduled maintenance call outs, with the recommended service grade engine oil & filter, other fluids & filters that say in writing they meet or exceed Fords specifications & you'll likely be fine.
If you short trip in cold weather, haul or tow often, run at high speed freeway speeds for long distances in hot weather, or opt for extended oil changes, consider going by the "Severe Service" call outs & or maybe consider synthetic engine oil & a extended life oil filter.
nice truck.
I have 338,500 miles on my 2005 w/2.3 motor. that's a great motor. however after 300,000 or so miles oil consumption became an issue, but it still runs!
