5.4 timing

5.4 timing
Hey guys,
I got a 2008 Ford expedition el 5.4 3 valve. Recently the timing guides exploded and clogged the oil pick up screen, I have cleaned everything up and replaced the guides, chain, VVT sprockets, high pressure oil pump, and installed the ratcheting chain Adjusters. All was great for 3 or 4 weeks😬 now when under a load (like driving up steep hills) it starts ratcheting really bad like the VVTs aren't working. Then I get a #5 misfire, I have swapped the coil pack with another one and I still get the same code.. When it's ratcheting and shaking, if I put it in park and rev It up it settles out until I put it under a load again.. Not sure what I missing lol

so yesterday I swapped ever thing around and I tried it this morning, same thing.. When it shimmies and shakes, if I put it in park and floor the gas to the rev limiter kicks it settles out and runs fine.

Yeppers, I get the po305 but after swapping i now get a po345 and po349 when its running rough.. Again it only does it when under a load ( Pushing it to climb a steep hill, flooring it to clean it out 
) other then that it runs great..
