hello all just looking for some advice on my c6 transmission. I currently bought a Lokar c4/c6 kickdown cable to enable my passing gear and looking at the instructions noticed my transmission does not have a shift arm assembly. Can someone tell me what I need to buy in order to hook up the kickdown cable. Here is a pic of my current transmission where the kickdown cable would hook up
Upper picture: The NSS (7A247) attaches to the manual control selector lever (7A256) aka shift arm. If it wasn't there, there would be no place to install the NSS
There is a shot of the kick down lever when I was replacing the neutral safety switch
the original owner must have taken the lever off because mine does not have one but I have seen pictures where a lokar kick down cable has been installed with the kickdown level secured with the same bolt that secures the nss

That nut does not secure the NSS. The NSS is secured by the two small bolts on either side of it. That nut does secure the kickdown lever. I think the shaft has two flats on it. It's a shaft in a shaft, the inner one is the kickdown, the outer one is the shifter.
