replacement steeringwheel

I seen a thread a while back, replacing the hard plastic steering wheel with a factory Lariat leather wheel, went to the dealer yesterday price 1.100.00 dollars. I thought the price was about 200.00 any help would be appreciated.

Got my Leather Lariat steering wheel, put it on ,took about 15 min. Look's grate. Thank's for everyone's help.
