Done and very much improved. Started clean after about 15 seconds of cranking to refill the rail. Oil temp at 60F and it was beautiful to drive even when cold.

Quick update, EOT at 35 this morning and no plug in as the EX is hooked to the camper for a quick turn after work tonight. Started as well or better than at any time I've owned the thing.
