Sorry for all the questions folks but I just got this truck a week ago and I'm trying to get everything worked out plus learn some.
1990 F-250 5.8/E40D.
I had a CE light flash briefly at me 3 times the other morning. (truck seemed to be running fine). Hooked up the scan tool (Xray 2000)
KOEO-
Code 11 sytsem pass
Memory code 32 EGR (I did that when I was tinkering and unhooked the egr sensor)
Scanner also said "seperator code" with nothing else
KOER-
System Pass
Anybody know what that seperator code means? The truck seams to be running fine but it sure likes the GAS!......OUCH!!
Separator code is a code 10 which separates your KOEO/KOER codes (which occur DURING the test) from your Continuous Memory codes (which occur during operation of the vehicle).
