Unplug the connector to the Viper module and see if the lights go out. If the module is malfunctioning it could be what is keeping the lights on.
i disconnected the whole alarm..it doesn't have a module..they used my spare key...and the lights were still on...had to disconnect the batteries..gonna check the switch next
