Alarm Lights

When the alarm goes off the parking lights don't flash anymore, what happened here?

Factory or aftermarket? I would start by checking fuses.

Aftermarket, everything works but the lights.

There should be a fuse in the parking light wir from the brain. Depending on brand may determine color. Possibly white (Directed Electronics brand) wire off the brain going to parking lights. Can be found going to the headlight switch or whereever they might have gotten the park light power. Get the install manual to your alarm and make sure that the light flash polarity is correct for your truck and that the fuse in line of the wire is good. Other than that, there is a setting in your alarm programming that should allow you to turn the lights on and off, but since they were working I would say fuse.
