I get tired of sorting through pages of sunvisor screws while looking for brake pedal pads, just because it says 'fits 52 Ford.'
That **** ain't right. Ebay too used to have a pretty good search engine. Now it's just bunch of crap. "No Results Found, But Here's a Bunny With A Pancake On Its Head."
When I was a teenager, paper catalogs were enjoyable and were one of the few ways to order parts. They allowed me the ability to visualize things that I wanted but could not afford. J. C. Whitney and Honest Charlie’s come to mind.
Today, everything I order is online. Most catalogs can be downloaded as a PDF file. You can size the document to meet your eyesight and print copies of pages if desired. I store the parts I order in a PC file under the appropriate category or subcategory, e.g., engine/ignition along with a scanned copy of the receipt when I receive it. That way I can keep track of costs and return items for warranty if needed.
