390 Intake Manifold

Hey everyone , Im getting rid of my stock intake manifold on ebay and was looking it over and getting some pics and was wondering if anyone can help me out with breaking down the model number so ik exactly what kind of manifold I have . Its off a 68 f250 with a 390 . What I'm after is the year because the guy I purchased the truck from told me did an engine swap . Also idk how to tell if its low/medium riser or if the model number will tell . And anything else that might be helpful . Model number is C7TE 9425C . I'm not sure if that last number is a C or G . Id really appreciate any help you can give . Thanks

CASTING number: C7TE 9425C
Casting numbers are foundry marks, cannot be cross referenced to Ford part numbers. 7L11 = This manifold was cast November (L) 11, 1967 (7). A = January, M = December, the letter I is skipped.

1965/67 F100/350 352; 1968/72 F100/350 360/390 use the same 2V intake manifold.

Low Riser, Medium Riser and High Riser only refer to 427 head and intake combinations. While ALL FE passenger car and truck engines would fall into the "low riser" port placement area, they vary in location, height and width, so stating it's a Low Riser would be misleading. It's best to stay away from that terminology and just go with the part number cast into the head. That will determine where the port is and its size.

You will not find a Ford part number cast onto a head or on any other part of the vehicle.

There are no Ford part numbers marked on parts after 1956, just casting and ID engineering numbers, when applicable.

The number on the head is a casting number, these are foundry marks, cannot be cross referenced to Ford part numbers.

If the casting number prefix is C8AE .. This is a 1968/71 Galaxie/LTD 390 & F100/350 360/390 head.

If the casting number is D2TE-AA .. This is a 1972/73 F100/350 360/390 head with hardened valve seats.

Sorry, I meant casting number, not part number. Brain fart. The rest holds true though.
