I just finished installing a new fuel pump, it came with 2 gaskets but no instruction.... I only used one gasket and now it is leaking oil where it is bolted to the engine. Should I use both gaskets? Rtv?

For whatever reason have never bothered with gasket sealer on fuel pumps and have never had a problem. Be really careful with RTV, just a skim coat. Excessive use could flake off internally and end up plugging internal oil galleries or oil pump pickup, don't want that.
With these old motors, there is pitting and surface inconsistencies everywhere.... A thin coat of RTV on both sides of the gasket is what I recommend for just about everything .... And I hate cleaning old RTV as much as the next guy, but hoping everything seals with just a gasket on a 40 year old motor, is just hoping.... I only remember getting one gasket with my fuel pump...
I assumed on was just a spare, but maybe I was supposed to use both? They were pretty thin.. It was a pain in the *** to get up under and scrape all the gasket off, so I wasn't able to get in with a die grinder and condition the surface like I wanted too. Even putting the bolts back in was difficult because the power steering pump was in the way. Im putting in new timing gears and water pump next so when I get some of that out of the way Ill give it a pass with the die grinder, try to reduce some of the consistency and try again...
I replaced my fuel pump a month ago on my 400, it didn't have a gasket or silicone and didn't leak. My new pump came with 2 gaskets also but I only used one and so far so good.
