I'll blame their gearbox. Everything on mine is new and tight, last piece of the build was gear box. In fact the one I sent them was tighter than the one I received. I have 2 other 3/4 ton both 4wd 60 fronts and both of them are significantly better with unknown old boxes. So ironically the one with the most new parts drives the worst!

When I spoke to them they wanted me to pay shipping again both ways even if something was wrong on their end. One of these days I'll do something about it, as of now I don't drive it but a couple times a year. I have a video somewhere on YouTube showing the play between the input and output of the box.

If the guy guy didn't talk to me like it was the first wrench I ever picked up I might have sent it back. Funny I wasn't bothering him when he wanted my money.

PA74F250, I wasn't implying you didn't know what you were doing, and I apologize if I came off that way. I'm sure you're more knowledgeable than I am. I was just offering my experiences to the thread poster. But oh Ida been irate about the shipping charge. But you know how that goes. I've lost that fight a couple of times too.

I guess now that it's been a while and way out of warranty I should mess with the adjustment once and just see if that makes it more tolerable. I've been meaning to do that for awhile now but something's always coming up. Like yesterday.....I just had to buy 2 more trucks!
