What are you planning on pulling? I use a pintle eye and a clevis plug in the receiver. If you want more than that, a complete bumper replacement with D-rings or hooks welded on.
I just have a straight piece with a hook on it that goes in my receiver hitch and of course that attaches to your frame so it should be good as far as strength for what I’ve pulled with it.
I have a few sets of D-rings (from Amazon) I put them through the hitch where you'd put your safety chain and pull my vehicles using 10k lb tow straps around my property (with somebody inside to steer - brake).
I've also used them to pull stuck vehicles out of the ditch and/or up a steep slippery slope. These D-rings won't fit over the front tow-hooks, (my tow-straps have loops at both ends) so I loop the strap through itself on the front hook and then use one of these D-rings to attach the strap to the rear-hitch of the "rescue" vehicle.
I've also daisy-chained a few vehicles together with 10k straps and these D-rings:
Jeep (f/r lockers with tire chains) front winch to a tree up top of the hill,
Jeep's rear hitch strapped to front tow hook of F350
F350 (w/tire chains) with tow-bar to a front tow hook of F250 (non running) to pull it up my driveway to our barn.
sadly (luckily?) , this was at night so no pictures.
The 3-4 inches of ice/snow on the (dirt) driveway would just not let the tire chains get enough traction (even though the chains would rip down to the gravel) having the Jeep and F350 chains throwing rocks vs. moving up the hill was a sight to see. Ran the winch up to a giant tree and that extra bit of pull (it's a 9k Warn) along with the Jeep/F350 pulling made short work of the hill then..
