OBS trucks didn't come with tow hooks, only 99+ had them. IIRC there was a military application but that would be a rare find.
You can make just about any thing fit...it's up to your skill level. Check JC Whitney too
A front mount receiver hitch is better option. If you pull side ways on a single hook on the frame rail you may tweak the frame.
The receiver will stiffen the front of the frame rails.
