I have a 92 f150 5.O l just checked my diagnostic code with koer pulled 213. The only reason I checked them was I was getting intermittent check engine light. Pulled codes 332, 328,327 this was koeo. To me it runs fine,
the gas mileage is bad. I know that is related to my egr issues. I need some suggestions on getting rid of the 213 code. I have never heard of a spout circuit. I looked in area where the connector was suppose to be found connector not attached, it has two wires, yellow green, and white red, could this be my spout connector. I sure can't find the other end. Any ideas?

Reason: Add info
With the SPOUT plug out the engine is running at base timing. Big contributor to poor mileage.
checked location of spout found it pulled it and checked continuity cleaned contact, checked codes still have 213. I don't known where to go next. As it said to me the engine runs fine, terrible mpg. Any other suggestions?
Next would be checking the ICM and related wiring.
the truck starts very well runs fine, everything I've read on the ICM would cause starting and running issues, I don't have that. Could it be that the timing is not correct. I have never checked it. I don't have a timing light, I have timed older engines with A vacume gauge. Can this be done on an EFI engine?
If you check the timing,. and I would, you remove the grey spout plug and time it to 10* BTDC. Then you replace the grey spout and the computer takes over from there. Plenty of videos and articles about how to time the truck. Sandy
You need a timing light to verify correct timing. It should advance if you leave the SPOUT connected and if you disconnected it the timing should not advance.
