Code 213: Spout Circuit Open

Code 213: Spout Circuit Open
91 F150, 302.
I went to drive the truck this morning and it almost couldn't pull itself up some hills. Felt like a bad miss or timing, the truck was shaking under a load.
Pulled codes and got the Spout Circuit Open. The plastic jumper is in place on the connector. I took it off, it looked ok and then reseated it.
It had been running fine before today, I don't know what to try next.
I did a search and found a thread on code 213 but didn't seem like his problem found an answer.

You need to verify that SPOUT plug still has continuity. It is rare for them to go bad, the typical culprit is a corroded connector.
After that it is time to meter the SPOUT circuit. Use this as a reference:

Thanks for the reply, I'll give that a try with a multi tester.
I'm not too swift tracing down electrical problems.
I hope it's just corrosion at a connector.
That's probably too much to expect.
