Turbo is new with a SP turbo and waste gate
Deleted pedestal

Bellows up pipes
Banks monster exhaust
Looking at doing the following once the motor is out..

New injectors (haven’t decided on which ones yet)
Plenums
Ok I know I am forgetting somethings.. so help me out and let me know what I should consider..I will be doing this in my new shop with a lift..I want to do this one time and get it right..
And yes I tow a 24’ enclosed trailer and she is lifted 6” on 37x13.5 and the gears have been redone to Yukon gears 4:10’s.. also have manual Warn locking hubs. So, feel free to let me know what you guys think..I will be making a list and going through it slowly to ensure it is done right...and don’t hold back let me know what you would do....again thanks
If its possible get the oil dip stick adapter welded on to the oil pan to avoid future leaks. Use TA-31 when you seal the oil pan and re seal the entire engine.
I plan on breaking the motor all the way down and taking my time putting it back together. It also depends on money not time since I am retiring in Dec..I will also be replacing the leaf springs to Deavers all 4 corners. Grinding the frame if I find rust.. and treating with POR-15 on the entire frame. Also replacing the fuel tank to a Titan 60+ gallon and anything else. Once the engine and frame is done I plan on welding a new bumper(front & rear). This is my baby and will make her a truck to turn heads...and yes she will see mud....
