Shorter throw
I have a 3spd on the floor in my truck and the shift throws seem very long, I almost hit the dash then I almost hit the seat when I am shifting the other way, do any of you guys know of any cheap ideas to get a shorter throw shifter. thanks in advance.

Shorter throw
Redrill the holes in the shift arms of the trans. closer to the pivot point. You might get lucky and find another set of holes already there. Or if there is another set more toward the ends of the shifter arms on the shifter itself.
