Has any of you guys put seafoam in your oil to clean the vct system out?

Definitely not. I change at 5K intervals and use full synthetic. It worked on my 07 with 5.4 and 245K. Never touched the internals. I'm expecting the same out of this engine.

Hi,Seafoam in the Fuel can Damage the Turbos I don't believe putting anything in the oil ever.

+1. With all the aux cooling plus synthetic oil, I think that is all you need for the proper care and feeding of a modern turbocharger.
