ForScan sent me a link to a test version. I linked and downloaded. The test version worked perfectly for me.

Would you mind sharing? Even if just privately? I have been planning my 2018 since 2016 and now that I have it and can’t connect with FORscan I’m devastated! LOL.

I am having the exact same problem today. Maybe I need a patch? I just tried to install the latest version (2.3.13 beta), got my h/w and s/w license keys entered, connects to bluetooth adapter fine, but FORScan gives me the "unable to identify the vehicle. Please contact developers" error message. Went to the FORScan forum, couldn't find a link to contact anyone...
