Confused with engine light code. Need help

Confused with engine light code. Need help
I am ashamed that I couldn't figure and try count while mark on paper.
I am not sure if I do right way when I try decode for code it isn't right.
I try hook with scanner on 96 E350 it turn out it missing power for pin on obdII so I end use obdI in hood. before that If you drive too fast like 75-85 mph and engine light were flash then stop when I slow down.
95 F250 still have misfire when it HOT. It random come on engine light when drive hard.
I have video of both vehicles.

95 F250 this one is tough to trace code it flash so fast like 5 flashes so really fast it make you think it was more than 5.
96 E350 I couldn't figure out too many codes to list on it.

Nobody could figure out this? There are 45 views.
1 member from here couldn't figure out due too many flashes.
I ever have my Dad check. He gave up after he couldn't catch how many flashes and pause time.
He say screw up and tell me find someone who done this before.

Ok I thought I clear codes on F250 it exact codes we have last month.
Is there way to clear codes? We unplug battery for 1 hour with key ignition in ON position.
Ok E350 still have issues with EGR Valve. Is that cause by idle too much? It idle pretty lot. 20-45 mins of running.
I believe it happened after fuel pressure regulator went bad then light come on. We replaced it still come on when drive above 35 mph.

The codes in the flashes are:
The 1995:
KOEO 565 = CAMP problem
CM 212 = NO IDM, Maybe someone put the a wrong Gray ICM in the truck, it should be Black in color.
CM 452 = PSOM problem
The 1996:
CM 128 = Map sensor, no vacuum change.
CM 327 = EGR sensor, low voltage.
CM 332 = EGR did not open when told too.
The 1995:
