DieselTechRon calls it a fan wrench that he uses when removing an 03 ICP sensor. I believe he used it because it was easily bent to fit a little better.

I know what that is. It's a tool made by KD for doing front end alinments.

Looks like it may be a serpentine belt tensioner ratchet.

Thanks guys, yes I grabbed that pic from DTRs video. Looks like a handy ratcheting wrench to have. I have google "Fan Wrench" and found nothing even close. Maybe someone will come up with it.

I'm telling you. It for tighten and loosing the upper control arms on the GM f and G bodies. There's special socket too

I would bet this thing could be bent and work for ya

Or, you can get one of these extra long ratcheting wrenches (they look like they could be slightly bent fairly easily) w/ a socket adapter (3/8" drive adapter fits in a 13mm ratcheting wrench and the 1/4" fits in a 10mm ratcheting wrench)

I just took an el cheapo deep well socket and cut it down a little bit on the chop saw. That allows just enough room to attach the ratchet to get it loose.

Might be easier to make a permanent access plate (removable) on the floor pan/firewall.

Go at the ICP sensor from the top with the degas bottle, FICM and heat shield removed. Two 1/2” swivels a 6” and 10” extension are all you need.
