Did you have fuel in your coolant before all this? That looks like an enormous crack!
I didn't have anything in my coolant which was the weird part. I would have thought fuel or oil would have been floating around in the degas bottle with how much they were leaking by.
Glad to hear you're up and running. I'm surprised your new injectors are the same volume. Mine are about the same at idle but are definitely louder when you starting pushing on the go pedal. Not 10 feet out of the driveway on our first drive with the new sticks my wife looks at me and says, "the truck is louder now isn't it?". Yes. Yes it is.
I’d consider an oil with better cold flow for winter time like a 5W40 or a 15W40 full syn (they have those now too). Could help the motor start a little easier and is kind of a generally accepted band aid for tired injectors that have worn out of spec.
