I’m due for an oil change very soon and I’d like to do the MMO.
Just add a quart of the stuff to the crank case for 10 minutes of idling before an oil change?
On a poorly maintained Ranger I had I added seafoam to the oil and drove it for a normal day before changing. Changed the (just) oil again at thousand miles and opened the oil filter up and it was plugged solid. Personally I would recommend changing the oil filter several times after, it will clean stuff and needs to go somewhere.

Honestly the truck has never smoked ever, Pulling big farm Trailers occasionally it will use a quart or two in 3-4K

And mine has never gone empty like yours did... no way could you have missed burning 5qts of oil as quickly as your report. .. I suspect sabotage. Do you have any enemies?
99.9% positive it’s not sabotage. Lol

Now, to be polite, THAT would seriously torque my jaw.... glad I have the 2v

Annoying, yes but the 3V V10 is a torque beast for a gas engine so whatever. (Not knocking the 2V V10, we have one also).
