I dropped the transmission on my 77 f100 to change out the flywheel that was 28oz on a 1987 block with a 50oz balancer. When I pulled the flywheel I saw the following separator plate. Given the thrashing, I don't think this plate is made for this application. I found another post that says I need a D0AZ-7007-C plate along with some interchange parts(link).
Does anyone know if this one from summit will work? It does say it is for a 164 tooth flywheel which mine is. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sdk-c9dz-7007-a
Also, does anyone know what the one in the pictures is for?

That makes sense. I think automatic flex plates are thinner than the flywheels for manuals.
The previous owner wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. I've found radius arm washers that are stamped "this side to rubber" facing the wrong way on both sides.
My divider plate is the one that came with the truck originally ,which was a c4 auto from factory but I haven't a clue if manual tranny divider plate is different in thickness,,
When you quote posts that have 8D typed together, or you type 8D .. you have to disable smilies in text (as I did), otherwise you get that smilie face.
Pick out one of the two part numbers that I typed that fit the criteria.
