Fuel pump gets no power

Fuel pump gets no power
Ok when I try to start my 2005 f250 5.4l it gets power to the fuel pump some times it don't. Changed the relay behind the radio need to find out what sends power to the fuel pump where to start

Is there power at the relay?

Have you checked the inertia switch?
