Forscan will do the buzz test, I think it's called the injector test.
Works great......I've always found for some reason after I test something using that test it fires up with greater authority, more so than normal.
I'm guessing it's because the fuel pump has been cycled and each injector has been active.
But without any high pressure oil you don't get anything.
Also are you starting this up right cold right after? I would
think glow plugs might give some affect.

I'm going to have to look into that. I haven't touched FORScan. I guess I need to dig into it. I thought I read somewhere that it didn't have that capability (cause the internet is never wrong). I'll see if I can find some time tonight to look at it.
I thought the buzz test was a signal test only. There injectors were NOT physically actuated?
