Got about 10 quarts of oil out of the Kia tonight. Otherwise it looks like everything is in order, it seems to be aging quite nicely. That was today's good news...the bad news is that the microwave quit. Drove to Blaine to pick up a new one, and now I gotta figure out how to install an over-the-range microwave. Looks like a fun time.

There is probably a YouTube video about it. I had to pull the alternator on the Ford five hundred and there was a great video on that which saved me a bunch of time
That's true, Jim, lots of Youtube videos out there for everything. I scanned through one last night and pulled the old one down this morning, it was pretty straightforward. I pulled the new one out of the box and found a healthy-sized dent in the bottom, looks like it's going back.
Well I bought a 5 inch exhaust system for it and the electronic stand alone controller for the transmission. The factory ECU controls overdrive and tc lockup. I don't want to run those off toggle switches so the stand alone controller will make all that much easier. Should finish up the lowering kit tonight I got for it a few weeks ago. Project is moving along pretty good right now after getting stalled out last summer when mom got sick.
