Well, the slim Jim worked. Not in the traditional way though. Chris rapped it against the latch and it started working. Didn't find anything to fix but left the inner panel off for now. Think I will look into a new latch.

You'll definitely be getting colder. We'll be going on 3 weeks of roller coaster temps. Clear and cold, then cloudy and rainy. Haven't had more than 3" of new snow in almost 3 weeks. What is left is bullet proof and will be hard to melt this weekend will be around 40 and some showers. Maybe a little snow Monday night
