Sync 3 updates - always so terrible?
Been trying to download the latest update for the last two days. According to the agent covering their chat, they're "experiencing concerns" and ask that I "try back in a few days".
Is this par for the course?

From what i`ve been reading lately, Ford/SYNC has some kind of glitch in the system that`s preventing some people from downloading the 2.3 update to their USB flash drive.
Be patient, it`ll get worked out.

I have tried to get on the Ford Owners' site several times in the last couple days and also had problems, also couldn't get the FordPass app logged on. I suspect there is a connectivity issue somewhere on Ford's end screwing it all up.
