Sync update refuses to work

Sync update refuses to work
I have been trying all day to download and install the latest Sync update for my truck
It either does not download or when it does, I have loaded it on to two different flash drives and each time it quits after saying "waiting for USB drive" and then states that there was a problem with the drive and fails. I have tried two different drives, formatted FAT32 and reloaded 15 times. and each time it does the same.
I am again trying for the 4th time to re download the file and now the page gust flips between the log in page and the download page. Rebooted three times and it still does the same thing. I am having the same issue on two different computers.
I am getting fed up with this crap from Ford!

Are you getting the file from the Owner.Ford website?

Is version 3.10 the latest?
It was updated to 3.7 on Sept 2015 when it was built. It just updated to 3.10 today. Is this correct
I assume that 3.7 is 3.seven and 3.10 is 3.ten and not .1

Hmmm, i`m not familiar with the most current version number of SYNC 2 MFT but the Owner.Ford website should give you that info.
In closing, when it comes to updates using a USB flash drive, what I did was purchase a new one and only use it for SYNC updates and nothing else....period. That way i`ll always know what`s on it and what it was used for and I always clear/erase what`s on it after an update.
