Update - used the vacuum bleeder system and its still a no go. Same issues as before. Got good fluid from right rear, not so good, but fair, from left rear. Nothing from either front cylinder. Gonna try another combination valve after the cold snap backs off, shed heater not that good when its 2 degrees or lower here.
One thing that might help, before bleeding run all the self adjusters all the way up as tight as they will go, what this does is position the wheel cylinder pistons at their max extension. Something about the inlet ports being partially covered otherwise. Doesn't make sense to me really but worth a try.
...also could be that your spool in the valve is off center, diverting fluid to only the rears. You should be able to get fluid at all four corners whether pressure, vavuum or gravity bleeding if everything is working right.
I just had to replace the master cylinder in my '64 and could't get any fluid out of the front bleed screws. Pulled one and it was clogged down deep. Both were that way. Cleaned them out and they are working fine. I'm guessing years of dirt moisture and grime.
I agree with Resonateur your spool valve may not be centered. You can check that by using an ohm meter on that brake warning light switch. If it shows continuity it's not centered.
The Ford shop manual says you must use a pressure bleeder on disc brakes. But that isn't the case you can pump bleed them. But you have to have the bleeder rod on the differential valve pulled out or pushed in depending on the valve you have. Or you won't get any fluid to flow thru the system.
And that's my guess.
UPDATE: FIXED!!!!! The power booster push rod needed adjusting as it was not engaging the M/C plunger when I pushed down on the brake pedal. Didn't think it would need that as it came as a kit, but it did. Thanks for all the input and ideas to try.
