So I tried adjusting my headlights tonight after lifting my truck. The driver side adjusted just fine, however the passenger side headlight would not move. Doesn’t matter which way I turn the adjustment screw it spins but nothing happens.

Has as this happened to anyone else? Any idea how to fix it or any other way to adjust the headlights

 

This happened to me on my titan. i had adjusted it too much and it came off the adjustment gear. i found out when i re did the retrofit, just popped it back on to the assembly. it was easy to do because the light was disassembled lol. hopefully thats not what happened to yours via final assembly at the factory.

 

Sounds like something's not right, or its jammed up? They should rotate fairly easily.

 

Happened to me. Driver side did work. Counter clockwise moves it up. The passenger side was bound so applied more pressure and it snapped. Dealer replaced it under warranty the entire led light assembly $1400.00 to ford warranty. Now a week later tried to adjust the driver side again and it bound. I will have them do it this time so they can snap it.

 

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Can't figure it out.
