Just installed these new Beamtech LED. Seem brighter. I think I need to lower them just a tad. The hi beams are illuminating the Bottom of trees. I have NOT gotten flashed, which is good.
Where can I find guidance on how to adjust these headlights? I am considering the Beamtechs too for my 2019 250: H13a for the Headlights and 9140s for the fog lights; are these what you used?

I believe you turn the adjustment screw counter clockwise to raise the lights and clockwise to lower the lights.
i don’t have fogs on my truck
Just adjusted my lights. Exactly 5 turn on drivers side went smooth. Passenger side, I felt resistance on turn 4...
Ill check them tonight to see how they are aimed..
