I did the exact same setup; 2.5" Ready Lift on stock 18x8 wheels and 275x65 tires. I'll probably replace the tires in 1-2 years. The alignment work and headlight adjustment was included in my installation. Always ask the mechanic what they include or don't include and ask them to perform any task you deem necessary. Better to get it done properly while its in the shop.

It doesn’t wear parts early or stress any parts, etc. All good. After ReadyLift visited the shop & trained the techs on Ford’s adaptive steering, they nailed my steering wheel alignment. It’s a good shop, they just didn’t know how to center the steering wheel properly. I really like the kit and the ride. Will keep the factory wheels and buy 35 X 12.50 Nitto Ridge’s in the summer.
